SHIPPING + RETURNS 


SHIPPING INFORMATION 
At this time we only ship Domestically. Check back for International shipping availability.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from one of our offices in either NY or CT.

Buyer will receive an order and shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. 


Orders placed before 2 p.m. EST on business days begin processing on that day; orders placed after 2 p.m. EST begin processing on the next business day.

If you missed the delivery of your package, you can schedule a free re-delivery with the USPS Re-Delivery Service:  redelivery.usps.com/redelivery

Priority Mail Shipping: Calculated at checkout via USPS (2-5 Days)                                               
Priority Mail Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout via USPS (1-2 Days)



SHIPPING POLICIES
We do not refund original or return shipping costs, shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error.
 We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages.


TAXES                                                                                                                                 
NYC residents will be charged 4% tax on total amount of purchase. 
CT residents will be charged 6.35% tax on total amount of purchase.


RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICIES
We accept returns of all full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your order.
 All items that are returned/exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original labels and packaging.
The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Please email customercare@1920.co with your Order # and we will issue a RMA# as well as a return form.
Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed once we have received it. Please also note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
We kindly hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
All sales of full price merchandise are final after 14 days of purchase.


EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted depending on availability.  If the item you wish to exchange is on sale and out of stock, we will issue you a Store Credit.
Please email customercare@1920.co with your Order # and we will issue an exchange form.
Please allow up to 7 days for your exchange to be processed once we have received it.

GARMENTS 

MAKE 
Our founder spent 16+ years in the fashion industry, traveling everywhere from Hong Kong to Tokyo to Sri Lanka visiting garment factories and sourcing fabrics. In her travels she learned a lot about garment manufacturing and in that she realized that particular business model has many adverse effects on our environment. Unfortunately, those effects are at the expense of a low-cost garment to the consumer.
We make all of our garments in NYC, just 3 blocks from our office in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. For us, it is so important to know who is making your clothes and to assure we are delivering to you exceptional quality every time. We know it is more expensive, but we also know the value in honest goods.
What you put on your body is personal; the manufacturing process should be personal too. Check our stories for inside peeks into our factory and the design process.

FABRIC

Our fabric comes from Los Angeles where our mill carefully spins, knits and dyes luxurious Supima Cotton into Jersey and French Terry fabrications for 1 9 2 0. 
What is Supima Cotton?
Supima cotton is a superior type of cotton grown in the USA. It represents less than 1% of cotton grown in the world. What makes Supima unique to other cottons is the extra-long staple fiber that gives the cotton its premium properties: Strength, Softness and color retention.

FIT INFORMATION  
Our tee shirts are meant to have an easy fit, no style has been designed to hug the body too closely. We believe tee shirts should be effortless and make you feel great.

SIZING 
Our female model is 5’ 10” and wearing a size Small
She is a 2-4 dress size, size 4 pant size
Bust is 32”, waist is 24” and hips are 34.5”

Our male model is 6’ and is wearing a size Medium
He wears a size 32” pant
Chest is 38” and waist is 31”
